Booking and Reservations:

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session slot.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide at least 7 days notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Deposits may be forfeited if cancellations are made outside the specified notice period.

Payment:

Payment is due in full at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

We accept payment via Payconiq.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Copyright and Usage:

Kindred by Tan retains the copyright to all images captured during the session.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Commercial use of images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from us.

Image Delivery:

Images will be delivered to the client within 2-3 weeks of the session, unless otherwise specified.

Kindred by Tan reserves the right to select the final images for delivery.

Editing and Retouching:

Basic editing and retouching are included in the session fee.

Extensive retouching may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the client beforehand.

Client Cooperation:

Clients are expected to cooperate with the photographer and follow instructions during the session.

Kindred is not liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from the client's failure to cooperate or provide necessary information.

Liability:

Kindred is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session.

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying individuals or belongings during the session.

Model Release:

Clients may be required to sign a model release granting Kindred permission to use the images for promotional purposes.

Clients who do not wish to have their images used for promotional purposes must notify the photographer prior to the session.

Privacy Policy:

Kindred respects the privacy of its clients and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
